We welcome you to our 8^th Annual LFTL RVC Craft, Art Fair & Ministry Outreach Festival.  We are combining our craft fair with an outreach community festival this year.  Our areas for the crafters will be the East Room, Foyer, Café, Ballet/SS room, and ice cream room.  For our Ministry outreach areas, we will fill in these rooms, plus the parking lot for those who have their own canopy coverings and wish to be outside.  Space areas are measured 6 foot tables in length. 2 table max in an L-Shape.  Measuring spaces enough to comfortably work, walk and interact with other participants.  Chairs are supplied if requested on form.  We do not have folding chairs.  Just our maroon church chairs extra in the East Room.  We will have our Kitchen open for light breakfast treats, lunch items, snacks and beverages.  We hope you will support that part of our fair fundraising.  We will be pretty firm for breaking down at 3:00 PM. All participants need to adhere to this request. This is must.  Our ads this year are on the FunFair, Craft Masters and Craigslist websites, to be on the Christian radio event calendar websites plus Alb. Journal magazine event calendar website.  We can supply you with the RVC flyers for your area and customers, friends, family that follow where you participate in craft fairs.  Let us know and we can mail them or have available for you to pick-up.  Festival activities for outreach we wish to have are: Face painting, balloons, Jumper (if possible), tables describing our ministries and activities, several games, etc.  We will update all crafters as we fine tune this area, where affecting our room set-ups.  Again, we are looking forward to working with you this year.  See you then!
